Hi brent1106,
Is £27.75 the cost of the phone? The monthly charge? If it is the monthly charge is it 12/18/24 month contract and how much is the phone? Thanks
You might want to edit your title and OP to make it clear.

its the correct price on a 24 month contract the phone was free

If it was an upgrade from an old contract, Orange have offered much better deals than that over the phone. My brother got the same phone for £15pm with pretty much the same minutes/texts and on an 18 month contract, not a 24.

I guess it all depends on who you speak to, but if you're upgrading i'd be looking at getting a better deal personally.

That's a very very poor deal on a 24 month contract, I've got it on an 18 month contract for free at £30 a month for 2200 mins, unlimited land lines, 500 texts, 500mb data

They literally wouldn't give it to me for free for anything less than £30 p/m and said they could only do 24 months. I've been with them 3 years! I spoke to about 4 different people as well. Went through the whole PAC code nonesense and everything. Needless to say I terminated my contract and got it for £22 p/m @ 18 months via dial-a-phone, on what network? That's right, Orange!

What a complete pish take

These phone companies work in such a strange way, they seem to go in phases of when they offer people better deals. My brother has been with them about the same length of time as you, he just said he could get the phone cheaper elsewhere and they beat it without any problems (they even threw in some other extras).

I've heard other people getting it from Orange for around £17.50pm too (this is without any upfront payments for the phone). However, like you, others will just be flat out refused any sort of deal. I've gone through the same thing with Three.
