Mobiles.co.uk is part of The Carphone Warehouse, Europe's largest mobile phone retailer. With the buying power and reliabilty of a trusted brand, we are able to offer many online exclusives that are not available outside the Carphone Group.

Discounted Line RentalAny discounted line rental quoted, for example "12 Months Half Price" or "8 Months FREE" is a redemption offer where Mobiles.co.uk will refund you the amount in installments at set points throughout your contract. Mobiles.co.uk have no way to apply discounts directly on to your monthly bill as only the networks have access to bills. We ask for a copy of your bill simply to prove that you are still paying for the contract.

Customer ConfidenceThere has been some bad press recently about "rogue dealers" who do not pay cashback, so it is important that you have confidence in the retailer. Our awards reflect our commitment to both customer service and the best possible value, and our track record is one of unparalleled customer satisfaction. We recommend you check the background of any company you are considering buying from to ensure you actually receive the discounts or gifts you are entitled to.

We have been trading online at http://www.mobiles.co.uk for over 15 years, and were acquired by The Carphone Warehouse in July 2007. All of our deals are fully backed by Carphone Warehouse, which is a multi-billion pound company listed in the FTSE 250.

Claims ProcedureWhen to claim depends on your cashback amount and the length of your contract. Bills submitted will need to be received within 60 days of the date on that bill. For full details on which bills to send us and when to claim your line rental discount, please visit our comprehensive cashback page accessible in the left hand menu under useful links - customer services - cashback claims. Once a claim is approved, cashback will be sent as a cheque within 28 days from the date we confirmed payment. No other online mobile phone retailer offers such fast payment!

ok hows this cold, seriously. 600 mins, 500 texts, unlimited data, alone will cost 10-15 pounds a months. If you pay only 10 pounds a month towards the mins/texts/data, over 24 months, thats 240pounds at only 10 pounds a months. That means the phone will work out at (366.56 - 240) = 126.56 for a phone that cost 400 pounds offline!

just for those that don't know, unlimited data = 500mb. once you're over that you can surf the net and check your emails, but can't d/l anything or stream audio or video(so no spotify, iplayer, you tube etc).

Not voting ... using Quidco to bump down the price in these parts is a big no no!

I have one of those £7.50 T-Mobile sim-only deals from a few months ago with more mins than I can care to remember and 3 gig of data a month so I could take up one of the recent 18 month 100 min/100 txt deals and downgrade after 9 months and still be quids in without the longer tie-in.

can u downgrade with tmobile? i thought that was only with o2?

Sorry if I mislead ... meant I could buy the DHD on the downgradeable O2 contract as it supposedly comes unlocked and use my cheap T-Mobile sim-only deal.

This was the deal I meant ..

thanks haq but this is part of the carphone warehouse and they good with paying out the cashback. If people cant be arsed with caseback then what r they doing on a deals site.

Bought a contract cashback phone from them last year. i sent my first payment back on the first possible date i could, two months and three days later they replied saying they had only just recieved it and i could no longer send off for the redemption payments as i missed the first one. I fully argued i sent it back two months ago and they gave me about 30 quid for my troubles but i misswed out on about 150 quid in all.

Id never do this again, cold.

Recorded delivery adds 77p to the cost of sending in for cashback but stops any attempt a repudiation. These schemes are relying on people being lazy to make money.

Thank you for taking the time to participate on the forums. The price has been amended as the listed deal price should be the price you have to actual pay the retailer to purchase the item before any retrospective discounts/cashbacks are applied (£25.54 x 24 months) please don't amend it back again to the amount after redemption etc, thanks again.
