This looks like a sweet deal given its only a 12 month contract and free upfront.

Works out to £360 after redemption but being new to all this my big Q is whether this is also eligible for quidco?
There are some great quidco/vodafone deals going right now but do I need to buy direct from Vodafone in order to be eligible?:

Can anyone report on how good/bad Dial a phone are on honouring redemption deals?

I've had phones from Dial-a-Phone in the past and haven't had any trouble getting cashback from them.
Only bad thing is on this Vodafone deal, you cannot port your number over...
Give Phones4U a ring - Dial-a-Phone is part of the same company. Did it yesterday and they gave me this deal, with the cashback, as an upgrade so I can keep my number (already with Vodafone)
vodafone is now allowing porting, I did it last week..

My work just gave me pne of these and it competes nicely with my personal iphone. The screen and battery life are better than the iphone, but the OS is a little hard to get used to. I am sure I will get used to it after a few weeks, but out of the box the iphone is easier to use.
I already ordered my Desire via and yes the porting to Vodafone took 7 days, the transfer just completed today for me

Erm, isn't it Ofcom regulations that all networks have number portability, inbound and outbound????

I'd love to know why Vodafone think they are exempt from this.

I suspect, that it can indeed be given to Vodafone, but only AFTER Dialaphone/reseller has processed your order but BEFORE you recieve your handset and activate the sim/mobile/contract etc by contacting Vodafone directly with your account details.
Does anyone know if this is eligible for quidco's vodafone deals?

Also, why is this deal cold,, ok its a repost but the original was posted well over a week back, surely it deserves some heat, especially if Quidco can be applied?
