Possible £30 cashback through Quidco as well. Unfortunately a lot of monthly contract deals go really cold on here for no apparent reason. For a 18 month contract it is not too bad and one of the better non-redemption deals about. Auto Cashback is a much better option than the normal redemption deals as you can claim this back straight away (after your first monthly bill). If the Auto cashback and Quidco tracks (which it should), brings the total cost down to £360 over 18 months - the phone costs almost as much as this to buy outright.

You will however get all the comments regarding not enough minutes, not enough data etc etc but it is one of the best 18 month contracts currently available - I can find a slightly better one that provides 600 minutes, 500 texts and unlimited data that works out at £20.43 per month but is reliant on claiming 6 months back via redemption - on T Mobile through

Thanks for taking the time to post and don't let all cold votes put you off.
I thought it was a good deal! Alot of the cheaper deals these people want are 24 month contracts and really old phones! This phone was released ONE month ago and as such will still be a decent phone in 18 months. Cashback wise I deliberatley put in the title the cost BEFORE the cashback as I know this puts people off, Never Mind I think I got a bargain :P
A lot of people will just see it's started to go cold and make it colder without even reading it. Also the amount of data and minutes will put some off... I defrosted it a bit for you! ;)
Data is an issue as i use my desire mainly on wife but still manage to easily go over 250mb a month

but seems a good deal for those that can live within it
why so cold ?
what is better that you cold voters have seen? not much is there?
Thanks to those above! I suppose we needed some chill on this fine summery day anyway!
you can get the desire s from the carphone warehouse for £25.54 per month 300 mins 1000 texts truly unlimited data 12 month contract on talkmobile ,handset cost up front £149.99 total cost = £450
this offer is only available in store

Set to vibrate mode??? ;)

Not too bad a deal as they go, same as buying it on HP with an additional allowance suitable for some.
