Was £440 on Play.com, but now £399. This is a pre-order for delivery on 16th April.

May not be the best Sim Free deal, BUT, with 8% cashback from topcashback, it will be £368!

Bargain. Then just grab an O2 sim only tariff and you're sorted!

I don't know why anyone would bother buying this not on contract when it works out to around the same price (or cheaper) and you get free calls internet and texts.

If you are halfway through a contract I guess but I would rather play the waiting game.

Neither hot nor cold form me.

I felt like this as well, but to be honest I can understand why some people would want to jump ship on their existing tariff for this beauty. A true competitor to the iphone (and in my opinion better) at a fraction of the cost.

I guess not being tied to an 18 month or 24 month contract is a plus for some people.

Also, it is completely unbranded and unlocked, which again is an added bonus.

£348 @ MPD T mobile one is unlocked.

Please go to Mobilephonesdirect and get it from there. Saving well over a £50.

TMobile knocked me back. I've got a 2 grand credit card and a 1500 overdraft but they won't give me a £10 a month contract.

I'm following the posting on Hotukdeals and many are saying that MPD are selling a t-mobile branded and locked version of the HTC desire.

Until there is some sort of guarantee from MPD then i won't be cancelling my pre-order.

Ditto, but think this is as I've just moved & not on electoral roll yet? i.e. I'll give them a shout in May once I am.

Was shocked at the call. I suggested I paid the length of the contract there and then but they still said no (after sounding slightly confused)
