HTC Desire White Sim Free Unlocked Mobile Phone, £199.00 from Prepaymania Shop on Ebay

MarkShopperMarkShopper

I know Asda's £229 deal for the HTC Evo 3D deal may appeal more to most than this older phone, but this one is smaller and lighter plus £30 cheaper so may still be of interest. New with a year's guarantee.

Sorry mate, there is no way anybody is going to buy this when the Evo is only £30 more.

I don't mind whether people buy it or not. The Evo 3D might be a bit big for some people, that's all I was thinking:

      Desire: 135 g
      Evo 3D: 170 g

      Desire: 60x119x11 mm
      Evo 3D: 66x127x12 mm

never mind about the weight and sizes, just talking about the evo alone, it is a much better phone!

I would choose the HTC EVO over this any day

there is no way the original desire should still cost 200 quid, you can get better specs for the same price or a little higher

Too expensive for an old phone. The Lumia 710 is a much better deal.

still a great phone, will be sad when i upgrade to an evo or sensation xe next month but as said no one in their right mind would pay £199 for this when the evo is £30 more

I would agree but this is actually a good price for this phone --- when compared to what other retailers are charging for it --- not when comparing it to the Evo deal.

My desktop is much better than an evo...

Keep in mind it does not come with an AMOLED display as stated in the items description. It comes with Sony's super LCD.

fair enough, but why buy this at all?? similar or better specs can be had for similar or slightly more expensive, the design is nothing special and the UI can be found on better phones
