No UK consumer protection at Play (Jersey)

£99 ish for a San Fran and free to unlock. This would have to be fabulous to be worth £250+ more!

Relative to a GOOD deal.

Pay it on your credit card, then you're covered.

I've got one, paid around £430 at the time, and it's the single best phone I've ever owned.

£379.99 is a hell of a deal, and I've just ordered one for my girlfriend (albeit from Play rather than Amazon)
