T-Mobile
Free HTC Hero Handset,
900mins anytime/network
500 txts
Unlimited Internet
+free flexible booster (ie, unlimited txts, unlimited landline calls, foreign calls bundle)

Wicked phone, not quite the iphone killer it was originally billed as, however far better priced and much better value in my opinion.

If this isn't quite for you they have some other great offers! see earlier post on the HTC Touch 2!

Be aware, there is a problem with the wi-fi on this phone.

I have had 1 of these phones for about 6 months now and I love it. Great for battery, everything you need on a phone... Well, nearly! Trackball is pretty cool too. 3 of us in this house own a Hero and all use same Wifi signal with no trouble.

2 year contract! :x

What wi-fi problem? I'm typing this on a Hero via WiFi right now.

24 months contract... very cold from me...

If you are a low mins/text user it is cheapeer to do this on the 24 moth £10 / month contrcat and pay £126 for the phone. Thats for 100 mins and 100 texts inc unlimited internet. Total £366. You can add unlimited text for £5/month.

The £25 a month with free phone works out at £600 over 24 months. Ouch...!

PS. Yes I am ordering one at this cheap price as it is the cheapest deal with unlimited mobile internet. And these smart phones need unlimited internet.

Talking rubbish!

You must have a broken phone, my phone never has a problem on Wi-Fi and I don't know any other users who do either.

Do you have any reference for this?

This phone is amazing. My sister got this on an upgrade on 3 at £25/month 12 month contract, 500min. She gave it to me and was easily unlocked online, loving this phone much more than the Iphone but still awaiting the new firmware 2.0 or 2.1 upgrade to be released.

Fantastic phone although I wouldn't want a 2 year contract.
I've never had any issues with WiFi with mine and haven't heard of anyone else with that issue either. I can only assume the poster meant to say there is problems with the 3G connection on T-Mobile which there definitely is, although everyone is hopeful of a fix soon.

Not on mine!!

You can do an 18 month contract, 300min/300text at £20 per month + £91 handset fee. Works out to be £25 a month for 18 months!

I managed to get this on an 18 month contract (upgraded from previous contract) 300 min unltd txt, 500mb data for £25 a month with orange. Had to phone up and threaten to leave, but didn't really have to haggle. They came up with this pretty much straight away. I'm not a big user either (150min pm bill normally about £15pm) so I don't think that I got any special treatment.

Hope that this helps others.

What is the make and model of your router?

I discovered this on the web when trying to find a solution to the problem. It seems that quite a few people have the same problem. It’s possible that some routers suit the phone better than others but that’s far from clear. The phone I’m trying to sort out doesn’t like the Siemens Gigaset SE587 but it will work with an unknown router available in a public area. Others seem to have had similar experiences.
