Very-nearly impossible to replace the battery on this. Which is not just bad design and bad for the consumer but really quite nasty for the planet too. Boo!

Had my m7 a year and its full, I cant keep pics as no memory left. I wont buy a phone again unless it has a memory card.
This seems like a good option and price

Yeah. It came with free Dropbox storage but no good without WiFi as I don't use 3/4G

Lucky enough to get an invite then? :P

Hey guys, can't see anywhere if this supports 4G or not? Anyone know?

Also, this, or the LG G2 for a similar price (well, £3 less!)?
#11
FYI The seller Prepaymania on the same link has it for £270.86

yes, 4G compatible. Had mine from Vodafone since Nov. Best BIG phone ever!

The only offputting thing about this phone for me is the camera. It's really bad! :( Except for that, it's a great phone.

it's invitation only at present (you need to have an invitation to be able to purchase it)

bit ridiculous but that's how it is

The 64GB ones are going for £999 on ebay right now. The whole point of the OPO was to make a high spec affordable mobile and what a joke it became. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Mobile Phones Direct are now doing this at £264.99.... I notice that the main site says its £514.99 but when you click through to the basket its £269.99 with free delivery! Maybe a mistake? Here is the link to basket:

https://www.mobilephonesdirect.co.uk/shopping-basket/add/deal/525c0017-37a8-477a-a603-d808c0a870cb

Hope this helps

to be fair to OPO, i got an invite last week seemingly without doing anything.. so maybe they are sending them out a bit more freely now

The ebay listings with that price are just a placeholder, lots of sellers do it (on ebay and Amazon markertplace). They do that when they are out of stock. They put a silly price on it so no one trys to buy it, rather than end the auction and go through the process of listing it all over again when stock arrives.

Ahh, thanks for explaining that. Still, the whole invite system is a joke.

Agreed, the invite system is irritating, all it does is lead to a bunch of greedy sods listing their invites on ebay.

They are not.

And they seem to be having lots of quality control problems, and then there's the horrible 'yellow band' discolouration of the bottom of the screen.

I'm no expert on mobile phones, but does the OnePlus One really need a 2.5GHz processor? Doesn't that just drain battery unnecessarily?
