  Got this phone from orange for £100 a few months ago.. got it as a punt as Cex were buying it for a round the £100 mark.
  
  But after playing round with it for a while realised what a fantastic piece of kit it is! Windows OS is so intuative, easily my favourite (and I've used all four major OSs.
  
  Also HTC movies every now and then do 5p rentals. As a media player the radar is amazing. You can boost your memory by getting the skydrive app too :)

  You should be able to switch this off and use wifi instead. It looks similar to my Lumia 800 which I set to offline unless at home through the router. There is an app that will let you turn off roaming too at a touch of a button if you are travelling abroad.

  how does this work if i wanted 2 of these ? i have (well technically my dad has) a payg sim which he has had for years, can i go in twice or once in one store and once in another and just say i want to upgrade or buy it in grey from one store then the following day upgrade again to a white one (we do actually want to in different colours anyway) any help would be appreciated guys .....

  You can only use an active PAYG SIM once every 6 months. In short, you'll need 2 SIMs if you want 2 phones!

  They'll check you have the sim with you and verify that it is active and has the number you say it has by making a call from it.
