Hot deal.

Seriously considering this.

1 thing i'm worried about:
I bought the HTC Smart, and when I used it, it continuously used data (minimal amounts, but I dont have a bolt on for internet) so I'm just asking, is there a way to stop this or does this model not do this?

Thanks :)

EDIT: I think you got mixed up, the HTC Smart is £100, no Wildfire there at all.

That's what I'm wondering. The link is about the HTC smart, not Wildfire.

As posted most O2 phones come unlocked hopefully these will too.

They seem to have different sized screens....3.2 against 2.8. Also The Wildfire has a 5 MP camera. the Smart only seems to ahve a 3MP

THIS ISNT THE WILDFIRE

the htc smart doesnt run android, it runs brew OS with sense on top, much better off paying the extra for the vodafone/play wildfire deal. the smarts pretty naff.

Its not the Wildfire, I've just checked our son's phone and this HTC smart is not the same, looks a cheaper one from HTC hence the price!

I don't think this is the HTC Wildfire. Rather it is the HTC Smart which has lesser specs than HTC Wildfire, e.g. Camera is only 3 Megapixels and also not WiFi...
#19
Wildfire has WiFi, this,, the Smart does not.

This isn't a Wildfire. It doesn't use the Andriod operating system.

Most smart phones use data on a daily basis. They should also have a data switch that enables you to turn it on/off, Also if you use Wifi & not 3g you can ask your sim supplier to turn off the data from their end.

Thanks for the unlock options. Will use it when I get a genuine Wildfire deal :-)

How could you mistake this for a Wildfire, they don't even look alike! Damn... getting my hopes up there and it turns out to be a crappy Smart!

Deal changed to HTC Smart.

OP, expire this if you wish.

This phone has always been £99.99 since release. It's not a bad phone but it's not a smart phone.
