Just as well since it isn't.

just noticed that you're a newbie so all is forgiven and well done on your 1st post.

Need to put price INCLUDING deal. I.E. £30 PLUS 18 Mth contract.

Hey don't worry, we get bored on here when we're not biting someone's head off.:)

misaje, you might get a few hot votes if you put where to buy from, how much, any other important details in the title. Bit of friendly advice (compared to the smug know it all "experienced" users "advice")

Someone had expired your post, & once a post is expired it can only be edited by a MOD. I've added info to description & unexpired Deal so you should be able to add info if required now.

Any more problems then use the report button http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/images/custom_buttons/report.gif at top left & explain what needs to be done, thanks

If my voting worked then I'd vote this hot; the HTC Touch HD is £45/month on Orange and that's in addition to paying £49.99 for it!

Good spot. Never mind all the bull

Now Now, Andy. Shouldn't you get back to your homework instead of calling your superiors names?

Homework all completed. Top of the class.

Seriously though....if folk were friendlier on here rather than too quick to be critical the site would have more deals posted, more regular users, etc.

Users like "sigma" are great. He/she also helped me when I was first posting. And lets face it the HUKD interface/search facility etc are not great are they. So, we rely on other "experienced" users to be helpful throughout the learning curve.

I think I spammed this, but can't remember. Was concerned as to why your first two posts were 'missing' and this looked like self promo to me...

But apologies anyways

Don't worry. Looks like your rep has improved in the last 5 minutes anyway.

Never heard of this company. Are they any good? Im interested in getting the Omnia. I see they are offering the t-mobile combi webnwalk for £35 a month with free phone. Thats about one of the best Ive seen. I might go for it if Vodafone can't offer me a decent upgrade deal.
#14
I just checked quidco, you can get £20 for contract deal. Im assuming its a pretty reasonable site if listed there.

OP, it might be worth editing your post to reflect this £20. Ive given you heat for this deal anyways.

But bear in mind if you want a 12 month contract (better in my mind as you get to upgrade sooner.

Racoon 40 Tarriff (direct from Orange online):

£38 x 12 + £79.99 for the phone = £535.99 instead of this deal (£540) plus if you buy direct from Orange, Quidco are giving £50 back (it was £120 a week or so ago, and I would guess is likely to go back up near christmas).

Just another option Racoon 40 isnt as good a tariff, but what is this provider like? anything like phone4u and im outta there..

I perchased a HTC Trinty from them about 2 years ago and seemed ok as you only go through them and end up with a contract with the provider
I am waiting on my Pac code then i, off Vodafone keep ofering me deals like the new sony x1 free but unfortunatly they cant get the HTC Touch HD only the Diamond
#18
is it possible to change the taifif and how many months have to wait before it can be done?
#19
thanks misaje. I think I will use this to negotiate a upgrade deal with Vodafone. If not then I think I will get the 8gig Omnia from here.

12x£35 including. 1gig web allowance and free phone
#20
can someone please tell me is it possible to change tariff and when can it be change?

Sorry to rain on the parade, but mobiles.co.uk is offering the HTC Touch HD as follows:

Orange (Dolphin or Racoon) £30 x 12 months + £119.99 = £479.99.

Then there is the possibility of £40 Quidco from mobiles.co.uk.

Meaning total cost of ownership for 12 months is about £440.

Probably true for HTC, I had a look but they only offer 2 18month contracts for the Omnia. Never mind.

Anyone else find it annoying that although the price is good, there are no good data options on orange at all?
Kinda defeats the object of the phone with such a high resolution screen IMHO.

Disconnections give the best deals at Vodafone. You need to send a letter to cancel your contract and their disconnection team will give you a call. These people are ones who give the best deal.

Thanks for that...
i will try it....but i have to get my cash back so can't threat them before end of January...

humadoon, what I did on my last upgrade was ask for my PAQ number because I told them I had found a better deal than the upgrade they offered. They put me through retentions. I will be using the same approach. Nothing to lose, I will be porting my number. Its their loss if no decent deal offered.
