12 months FREE is by redemption. Mobiles.co.uk is part of Carphone Warehouse but I know many people here do not trust the Line Rental cashback offers,
but you may visit this link http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=1873989 from MSE which might help you trust them to an extent. To make it even better you can email them the bills now instead of posting.
I used CPW for few times and there was no probs with cashbacks.

How to get the line rental 3.89/pm?

18 months * 20 = £360.00
12 months free brings this down to £120.00 and then £50 cashback from TopCashBack gets further down to £70 which equates to £3.89 per month for the 18 month contract period!

Can't find the deal?
Once you go to their webpage from this deal, you see links like:
Top Selling || 12 Month || 18 Month || 24 Month || Show All

Click on "18 Month" and look for 'Web 100 (18 months)'.

As the 12 month deal has changed to 10 months here is the new costs:

18 months * 20 = £360.00
10 months free brings this down to £160.00 and then £50 cashback from TopCashBack gets further down to £110 which equates to £6.11 per month for the 18 month contract period!

You can cancel the gadget helpline for free online here: https://secure.tmti.net/vip/
- hajj_3

you can cancel the insurance for free using this number, option 3 is the one you want: 0800 0491012
- hajj_3

The actual "unlimited" data limit is 1GB per month, i was told this over the phone.
- hajj_3

the gadget helpline account number and other details needed to cancel it online rather than phoning up will arrive by post within a few days of your phone arriving.
- hajj_3

to port your number, phone your current network and ask for a PAC (port authorisation code) then once it arrives phone 0800 9562208 and go through the menus until you speak to someone who can port your number over, it took 4 days for me.

You can't get direct link, if you click on 'go to deal' and Mobile website opens up. Half way down the page under T-mobile tab you will see 'Top selling ....', click on 18 motnh and it will be the first deal in the list below.

so what is the 12 months free by redemption?
does this mean you only get it at the end of the contract period?

Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole. I have personal experience having had 2 cashback contracts with them over the last 18 months.

You will not get the cashback. Ive lost £100's.
#23
Voted cold as I can't find the offer as posted by the OP. Plus I've done a quick search on the web and they're not much liked on sites I trust...
#24
Great deal, thanks op. I did the Quidco cashback (also £50) because they've never let me down yet and the 100 minutes/unlimited texts deal (same price).

Best wishes, Neil

So have I. One they played ball with, the other they were pushed a little via a couple of threatening letters. If you claimed correctly, why have you not chased it up?

DEAL FROM CASH BACK HELLLLL:{
#29
Good deal but I reckon it's a pricing error so voting cold so people don't sign up droves, and mobiles.co.uk don't cotton on and cancel my order!!!

eg You submit a bill from a particular month and they say they dont want this month but next. So you wait a month and submit next months. Then they say they wanted last months and youve passed the 30 day time limit so they wont pay.
You chase it up by spending hours waiting for their customer services to answer and they promise to send a cheque but dont. You ring back, spend hours more, then are told youve already had a cheque when you havent.
I could go on but you get the picture.
The sales rang to try and get me to renew the contract and when I told him what I thought of the company he admitted he'd had the same reaction from several other people that same day.
You pays your money you takes your choice ;-)

Voting cold - reason is "Can't manage to find the offer"

Voting cold - reason is "Reckon it's a pricing error"

Are these reasons to vote cold??
#33
It's a tactical vote - if it's a pricing error then the less people that know about it the more likely I am to get it.

Fair enough, but I got the them to email me exactly which months they wanted at teh start of the contract. Claimed every penny! Shouldnt have wasted time on the phone, they are rubbish, you have to send a couple of letters threatening small claims and then your quids in.
