The phone is great, the network/tariff could be better but it is quite difficult to find 12 months deals. This is my first post guys. What do you think?

You can get a 300 min ultd texts plus 500mb data for £10 Sim only plan, so your paying £170 over the top for a handset you can buy for less than that if you do your research around as well

Please post a link Sway, thanks.

The phone is unlocked to any network.

Phone is selling for roughly £229 so £60 for 12 months on the tariff and you can go where you want after the 12 months and dont have to be tied in for 18 or 24 months.

Whats the network like? Seems like a good deal when you factor in the Quidco.

Ad for this in the Sun today says you can get the LG Optimus or Galaxy APOLLO on same 12 month deal with no cash upfront. Has anyone used both the Wildfire and the Apollo? Would you say it was worth paying the £50 extra.

Hi guys. Thank you for your comments. I have never used quidco before. Could someone confirm that you can get £40 back if tracked? I think it is a great offer if you can get this deal for 249.99. That would reduce the phone cost to £10. The 12 months contract is very desireable!

I found this phone for £170 in ebay and gumtree...... Is it worthy taking the risk?

eek no, it was the Europa not the apollo in the advert, not as tempting even at free for a 12 month contract

When the Wildfire 1st came out, O2 were selling them in store for around £150, if not less. It is popularity that has raised the price obv, but I am sure you can still get it with a bit of patience and shopping around.

Plus you can get this, £10 pm 300 mins ultd texts and 500 mb internet, 24 month plan,
Yea yea 24 months, ooooh nooooo i only want 12 months, well you will pay the same amount over 12 as you will 24, just so you can get another phone in 12
