Huawei G300 Ascend Smartphone - £102.95 to £72.95 with credit acct, down to possible £67.01 (incl cashback) Delivered @ isme.com
This is the latest bargain Android handset broadly equivalent to the original Samsung Galaxy S and the new HTC Desire V in spec terms (Snapdragon S1 1Ghz processor w Adreno 200 GPU, 512MB ram, 800x480 4 inch screen, Gorilla Glass, 5MP Camera, upgradable to ICS)
This is locked to Vodaphone, but can be unlocked for £5 using the unlockers on ebay/
EDIT (31/8/12): I had originally recommended the cracking Sim deal from Ovivo below, but they have drastically changed their offer in the last few days with little or no notice and therefore would not recommend trusting any current or future offer from them as they have duped a large number of us to switch to them and then changed the offer..... the original offer is below:

The handset is £99 with £3.95 delivery from isme.com, but via quidco if you open an isme Options credit account isme will credit you with £30 into the account on your first purchase by inserting the code 293GV in the promo code box at checkout after choosing the method of payment (I chose to pay by the Options account to be sure that I got the £30 voucher). Also there is 6% quidco (was previously 10%) cashback which tracks at £5.94, effectively making the phone 99 + 3.95 (delivery) - 30 (voucher) - 5.94 (quidco) = £67.01 delivered.
In order to get the £30 voucher you will need to not have had an Options credit account with isme.com before
I bought one yesterday and is being delivered tomorrow, and they have applied the £30 credit into the account and the cashback has tracked at quidco, so all looks good.
A bargain phone for £63, especially with the Ovivo call deal. Don't expect the isme deal and their stocks to hang around for long (especially the £30 credit and the 10% cashback)
can contact them via 0808 1010021

Edit 14/08/12:
I understand that the 10% quidco cashback has finished and now reduced to 6% so have edited post accordingly...
Alternatively, you can go through topcashback for 6.06% cashback.

Me too. :(
Me too. :(
I'll post if it turns up as promised tomorrow.... just wanted others to be able to benefit from the voucher and cashback whilst still available...

Most of the people on here who have had issues were trying to defraud them, and unlike other companies, Shop Direct didn't just roll over and take it - they cancel it and claw back the fraudulent discount.
(I'm not taking the moral highground - it's not as if I'd never do something like that myself - but if you do, you have to put up with what you get!).
Though saying that, their faulty exchange service is DREADFUL! They refuse to exchange, they refund and make a new order. Only they didn't tell me this - they just shoved it on my credit account (I initially paid by credit card) and then insisted that I don't get the £30 voucher because it's not my first order! (I did eventually back after around 15 emails though).

Search that too!
quidco says 10% cashback has 4 days left...
Amazon don't seem to sell it, it's £100 at Tesco (if you're going to get fussy about vouchers) and £100 at Vodafone...
While I assume you're taking issue with them including the voucher discount, it's the cheapest place you can buy it... Maybe not the most convenient way so not especially hot, but it's hardly "ice cold"...

I can't agree with this more. I used my voucher both when it was littlewoods.co.uk and now on very.co.uk on my first orders for the discount. Id rather pay what could be 40 pound less for a phone, than order it full price.
The exchanges are a little stupid, as i questioned the colour i received, however the lady told me to reply to her directly to reapply the £30 first order discount on my account should i decide to return.
