Crazy good price, considering it's over £120 to just replace a cracked screen from the UK service centre.

one question, is it likely this phone will be this price again anytime this year?

Wow! You won't find a better phone for under £200, love mine. Who needs an iPhone 9 or Samsung edge s8+ galaxy note pro when you can get this amount of phone for 1/4 the price.

Is this a good alternative to an s8? Wanted to get s8 but this looks pretty good for fraction of the price

This has a premium feel - it's made of layers of glass. P2 has excellent battery life, slightly bigger and being amoled possibly a nicer display. This has a faster processor if you're in to benchmarks, real world I doubt youd see much difference. Also has an ir blaster, if that's any use.

Battery life on this is decent, will get through a days use but you will be charging it every night, does have fast charge though and usb C so give it 30 mins charge and you're good to go, don't know if P2 has same

Sounds like a Chinese spesh. Is it from some crap hole like gearbest or banggood? If so, this any day of the week.

This phone is outclassed by the Lenovo P2. However, it's a good choice if you want a good camera.

This or Redmi Note 4 (4GB RAM with 64GB) at 147 GBP?

Advantages of Redmi:

Battery
Software support over lifetime and aftermarket support
Cheaper (Obviously)

Advantages of Honor:

WAY more powerful
WAY better cameras
NFC
UK support for any issues
I suppose, a more eye catching look?

Both are great choices

Have this phone for 6 months now, since i switched from an iPhone 5S and I am extremely happy with it. And I am very picky with my tech. :) Very fast, looks pretty + more special than most phones (blue looks cool and the rear multi-layer glass has an interesting light-reflecting effect which is hard to describe :P ), well built, good battery life, sharp and vibrant screen, great camera and a nice operating system. It's a steal for this price.
