Have been trying for weeks to catch this. Had it in my basket. Credit card payment wouldn't go through. Have been on the phone to the bank and they said no problem at their end. Now out of stock again. So frustrating.

Exactly the same here, the online chat guys were totally useless.

Managed to catch another one about 15 minutes after failing the first time. Credit card refused again. On the phone to the bank again. This time they admitted that they blocked it as a potential fraudulent transaction. Race then on to try again and get it through before the basket timed out but managed it in the end. Collect from O2 store on 1st Nov.
Now part of the locked/unlocked lottery.

I picked up LG G3 from Amazon warehouse (used acceptable) for £107 after student discount.
For half the price the LG G3 is the better option.

They do come in and out of stock.
I grabbed one but decided to stick with my s7 edge so I rang up and cancelled but I haven't received a confirmation.
Dunno what's happening...might have to refuse the delivery if they send it out

No way, the P9 is much better. Especially the camera and in low light. I upgraded from a G2, stepdad has a G3 and I much prefer P9.

I got one, I opened the link literally less than a minute after someone had posted here that it was out of stock, so I didn't expect them to actually have any but they did. I guess they really do come and go very quickly.

I received my PAYG phone today and it was locked :( but I used the following to unlock :) follow the instructions step by step total cost €4 and the result was instant.

I followed these instructions http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...68&postcount=5 and https://www.dc-unlocker.com/

Picked mine up from O2 store yesterday. Unfortunately the vibrate function is not working at all so will have to go back. I guess some of these phones are returned for a reason. Really annoying after all the effort trying to get it in the first place.

Have now received my replacement handset but unfortunately this one is locked. What is the best way to unlock this? 02 website says for PAYG you can unlock after 1 year for a £15 charge. If I use GiffGaff for one year can I still get an unlock even if I have not used a O2 sim at any time? Was also looking at 1 month O2 sim only contracts. Can I take one of these out and then request a free unlock and still be free to go anywhere I want at the end of the 1 month period?

I very much doubt that'll work, so get an unlock code from eBay for £3.99 after reading the listing carefully & providing the necessary info:

Seems pot luck what you get. Mine arrived absolutely mint, was happy as Larry until I tried to set up Android Pay and it didn't work. A lot of Googling later and it transpires that the original owner has flashed stock firmware on it in a way that breaks updates (turns it into something called C900 firmware). Only way to fix it seems is to unlock the boot loader, root and perform some sort of patch (which I haven't got the time or inclination to do). The phone will never get updates in its current form, nor work with Android Pay.

No doubt this piece of junk will end up in another excited buyer's hands soon as O2 obviously don't check the software on their customer returns.

has anybody got the dual sim version?
