Would be good if it had Nougat for multitasking...

Cold, poor processor for such a big screen and old version of android out of the box.

Compared with other tablet below 150, t1 10 CPU is more powerful

The 1GB of ram is a big drawback.

Are Curry's missing out an important part of the spec or maybe two models of the same? On everywhere else it lists this as GSM/HSPA/LTE and O2 also sell it with sim plans. GSM Arena etc all list also as GSM.
P.S you can get a Marshmallow ROM for the device.

I looked at one of these when I was trying to find a cheap tablet for someone recently and it felt cheap and nasty and was sluggish as hell (that's running 4.4 - so even if you can get a ROM upgrade, that'll only be slower)

Currys also do this Archos for the same price

http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing/tablets-and-ereaders/tablets/archos-101b-xenon-10-1-3g-tablet-16-gb-silver-10146745-pdt.html

It's also pretty awful but has a newer version of Android (5.1 iirc) AND built-in 3G sim slot which makes it marginally less awful (but still awful) - and yes, it's a Mediatek system, I know - still less sluggish than the Huawei tho (which took 3 seconds to load the apps screen!!)

The Asus Z300C they do for £130 is in another quality and performance league from these things entirely, Android 6, 2Gb of memory, light, thin and yet feels nicely made - not too bloated with junkware - (almost) 10" screen - they were happy with it and I'm glad I went for it tbh

The same tablet is available on Tesco direct for £89 with a good saving against it. Not sure how long the deal is on for though
