Yeah, not everyones cup of tea I admit, but an absolute bargan nevertheless. Oh I forgot to mention, Kids under 7 FREE when you buy a season ticket, 8 to 12 year olds pay £23 and 12 to 17 year olds pay £70. My Kidsare 7&10 and the 10 year old also takes a mate so for all 4 of our season tickets this year, the TOTAL COST is only £146. Superb bargain & should get bums on seats!!!

good deal for some, but paying £4 to watch huddersfield play is £3.98 too much for me.
#2
I thought Hudderfield paid their fans to be there?!?! Cold for me!:whistling:
#3
To be honest, it's an excellent deal to watch professional football, whatever the standard.

I pay £650 a season for my Liverpool season ticket.
#4
An excellent deal, and they beat Leeds last night as well!
#5
Great price, Bradford are doing a similar deal I believe. Glad to see some Football clubs are not ripping their fans off.
#6
Excellent price, I lived with a Town fan for a couple of years at Uni, I'm sure he's already taken this up. It's about time more clubs realised that it's better to have a full house and cheaper seats than half full with expensive seats. Apparently it's a very nice ground aswell.
#7
Great deal for Huddersfield Town fans! At this price it should draw in some extra fans.

I'm going to e-mail this to our Chairman at Bolton and show him how to reward the fans for the **** we've had to put up with this season.
#8
it is a nice ground - too nice and too big for league one really
#9
Great idea :)
Lol at the idea of emailing the Bolton Chairman :)
Recently, as a joke at work a colleague of mine rang the ticket office at Bolton, to ask for tickets for the City game. Think we were quoted summat like £35. We then asked, well, could you not do it a bit cheaper, say £20 like Blackburn would charge, only to be told, deadpan, no, we have to think of the prices our Season Ticket Holder's have paid........oh well, empty seats, empty seats they shall have
Edit: btw, voted hot, £100 is a great price, think another of my local clubs Oldham could take a leaf out of their book too.
#10
Indeed a great deal, All town need to do now is have a really good season and restore the faith
#11
Even better value now, you've got Scunny next season.

Voted hot

Voted hot! more clubs should follow,

thats cheap i thought liverpools season ticket had gone up?
#15
This is a great offer for real football fans. I've got a St Johnstone season ticket which costs £230 to watch Scottish First Division football so this is excellent value. It might be colder than sitting at home watching Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal etc. but going to the games is what football is really all about (at least it is if you're not good enough to play yourself!).
banned#16
Great deal. Probably a lot more fun than paying hundreds to witness the soulless premiership in a sterile atmosphere.
#17
Painful - but an absolute bargain!

Hats off to the Chairman
#18
I've been to Huddersfield once and we stuff them 3-1. Up the Gills!
Didn't Bradford do something like this recently and get bigger crowds each week now, spemding more money in the ground, creating a better atmosphere. Well done!!
#19
gotta say its a hot deal - infact if i lived in huddersfield id probably buy one, even though im a liverpool fan, just because of the fact you will get to see 23 live matches for £100 - and for live football thats quite something.

as it is i live in nottingham, and if i wanted to see a live game ive got a choice of forest or notts county - although the way county play, the tickets should be £4 anyway - amazing to think that a team barely holding onto league status was playing in the top division in 1992.
#20
Hiya, Pharmer - welcome to HUKD.
Good move - more people more pies!
My team used to get big crowds for Euopean matches by bringing the ticket prices right down. As my team are Leeds :x, I won't actually be voting on this deal.
#21
BRADFORD CITY charge £150 .. but if they sell 9000 season tickets before 15th June, they give away a FREE season ticket for each of the adult season ticket holders (max of 9000).

So, BOGOF season tickets

£75 for a season of footy can't be bad!
#22
Its cheap I do hope other clubs follow suit, considering most of the money comes from other sources nowadays other than gate receipts.
I pay 400 at Man City, and its just gone up 40 quid.

These guys came to Chelsea in the FA Cup, they put up a better fight than more than 1 premiership team I watched in the cup there this year. I'd recommend it if you were local.
#25
This deal is hot, I went to see the Gills on Saturday, the ticket cost £23. I can't see how a team almost in the lowest league division is charging that much for what could only be described as poor school boy football. £100 for a season ticket is a very good deal indeed!
#26
Bargin price for a great team.

HUDDERSFIELD 1 - 0 leeds.....Champonship?? your having a laugh! ;)
#27
A very hot deal......here's hoping that the good folks of Huddersfield take up this great offer:thumbsup:
#28
Fact is they could charge £1 per game and they still wouldn't fill the stadium, you're only here to watch the leeds! :P
#29
Costs me £150 for a non-league season ticket on the terraces. This is great value for League One football.
#30
£100 for a seson ticket is great, especially as one of the games will most probably be against Leeds again next season!!!
#31
my best friend is a town supporter, I just text him to see if he's getting it ! - voted hot !
#32
Now this is a HOTUKDEAL. Here is a football club whom is actually helping there own fans out. I hope other clubs do the same, better still I think the FA and FIFA should be reading and taking notice of this. £4 per game is fab even the national wage limit is more than this. Come on the Terriers!
#33
HOT HOT HOT from me.

I'll be going to get mine later today, although I've heard there is a two hour queue at the moment.

Port Vale have also followed the "Bradford Model". £150 for them if 5000 sign up. I will find out if my club (Swindon) will do the same on May 1st, strong rumours they will.

Conversely, if you want to visit Colchester's new stadium the best (central) seats will be £26 on the sides, £24 behind the goal. For division 3 football. I feel sorry for their fans.
#35
Brilliant offer and a great stadium too. Shame about the team.
#36
wow lucky.....if your team gets in the prem league hold your breadth...my team, Reading, arent the most expensive but we pay a min adult £545 for 19 league games, all cup games are extra....mind you cant complain too much waited a long time to watch top sides play at our place....just hope we can stay there....gulp!
#37
Great stuff, hot.

Support your local club.
#38
This could almost be hot enough for me to get one and go to home games from London... depending on who they appoint as manager in the coming weeks.

It's gonna sting next season when they go back to their regualr price, but as a one season wonder, H-O-T.

Voted hot! more clubs should follow,

£25 a game to see my Southend, outrageous!

thats alot for L1, Reading fan here...when we won the campionship, season tickets for adults were a mere £300 for 23 games (+ I think the 1st round of the FACUP), we went up to the prem and the cost doubled...£545 for 19 games (no cup games)....even the beer and burgers went up...not that im complaining tho!!!

also £42 or £48 for my team to watch my team Reading play scummy Chelsea and with their ***** fans last season....i can easily afford but boycotted it like alot of my friends and others due to the cost and the way their ***** club treated one of our players, Stephen Hunt

Same price for Man u away as well tho i did go

How about this season, £35 away to Derby...what? even Arsenal are cheaper at £32!
