Anyone know if any of these would be good for on an Acer Aspire One netbook (1.6Ghz Atom,1Gb)? Dont need the CD in to boot?
#6

Luv it :p
#7
I ordered a nice hat-trick. Dont forget 3.5% quidco also available!

SOTS:Complete is another bargain.
Sins of a Solar Empire too.
#9
Some awesome buys there. Already got the ones I'm interested in though, Steam sales lol
#10
Unless you for some reason love headaches. Avoid Aliens vs Predator.
#11
Very good indeed, I would have gone for Arkham Asylum, Stalker: Call of Pripyat and Napoleon Total War if I hadn't snapped them up in Steam deals.

Morrowind is also incredibly awesome with mods (much better game than Oblivion)

Should be able to find a no-cd patch somewhere. Think Broken Sword might work, but i can't be sure!

I highly recommend Alpha Centauri amongst this lot - It's basically Civilization in space (and it works perfectly on Windows 7 and presumably Vista).

Is there a list of Steam compatible games from there? I know (or assume) Total War and Batman are, but I already have the latter.

I can't be doing with PC dics.

Total War is, batman isn't... however you can also redeem Red Orchestra and Alien vs Predator on steam.

http://www.zavvi.com/offers/games-3-for-10.list

Zavvi also do 3 for £10, pretty similar games choices too. Bioshock 2 is available there :).

Don't really recommend Section 8 though > <, played it in Gamerbase to test-try it, it wasn't thaaaat great.

You're joking right? They won't even nearly run. Try Cash Converters at best or car boot and cd free hacks, otherwise it's abandonware. You've got one slow processor and 5-10 year old levels of integrated graphics. Even on that tiny screen your talking GTA 3, at best.

______EDIT________

Loaded the huge list at the hut... Some there might play. The Tycoon games and Mega Drive emulator should. I've had ZSNES on mine if that helps.
