Huggies Newborn Kit B.O.G.O.F - £5.00 @ Boots

I think this is a great deal for those expectant parents - like us - who need to get the basics together before the birth. I saw this in Boots today (Braehead) and it is national afaik. Had a look online and it's listed as out of stock, but plenty on the shelf when I picked them up today.

Considering what a pack of Newborn nappies cost on their own, I thought the pack with the extra sock and wipes made this a bargain!

What it contains:
Huggies newborn starter kit includes everything you need to start using Huggies nappies.
Our softest ever nappy (27 count) for your Newborn with stretchy waistband, shaped sides for a snug fit, and Disney designs.
# 1 Pack of Huggies Pure wipes (72 count), created for delicate skin to provide gentle cleaning just like cotton wool and water. Free from fragrance, alcohol and any unnecessary additives.
# 1 pair of Disney socks

Forgot to add, they define newborn weights between 4-11 lbs - so if you've had a bruiser, these won't fit for long.

Then again, there aren't that many 11lb plus kids new born!
#3
these are also on offer in asda, at £4.99. (if you really need the penny!!)

ohhh.. all this time, i thought that 4 lbs is the poo capacity... I wonder why people go through nappy so much when my baby only needed 1 a week!

Voted HOT!! Hopefully can pick a couple of these up tomorrow! I've already got a couple of packs with the freebie voucher from bounty (changed doctors so managed to get 2 vouchers!)

PIcked mine up today, didnt show as BOGOF but took them to the checkout and they confirmed it. Mind you babies dont stay small or newborn for long so anymore than a couple of these is surely just a waste

My mate, who has just had a kid, says they go through 7 nappies a day - so I guess you'd go through 54 in just over a week.

what about Tiny babies below 4lb in weight?
