Sainsburys have Huggies Newborn Size 2 nappies - the carry pack of 40 on sale for £1 per pack.
The 35 pack still scans at £5.98, so be careful what you pick up !
(The shelf ticket was for the 35 pack at £5.98; there was no ticket for the different pack)

The packs look identical, other than the pack size being slightly different ... so you may have to rummage through the shelves !

(I'm not sure if there's a similar offer on the size 1 nappies ... they only had the 27 packs in my store, which were labelled up at full price on the shelf edge - but I guess if you can find a pack with a different number of nappies in, they might scan up cheaper, too!)

Perfect timing for us, if there are any in my local

#5
Might buy these just in case. :?
#6
can anyone else confirm this deal please??
#7
I'll try to scan in my receipt later on, if you want.
But for info, these were in the Chester store.

Is this national?
#9
why is this at almost 100 degrees with no proof?:x

Perhaps because it is hot??! I thought the consensus here was that deals were taken as read until disproved, then they are expired. Can you imagine only voting once deals had been proven by 1 or more persons, or even worst not posting because you weren't sure if it was national. Nothing would ever be 'HOT' and we wouldn't enjoy the deals that we do.

Good spot OP, not for me but I have texted friends. Hopefully it is national, or you could be in for an online lynching!;-)

will pop into Chichester sains shortly and confirm one way or t'other

come on.. are you serious..? this is a great bargain. Why would the OP make it up?
They go out of their way to post the offer to help other people, then someone complains that it is over the magical 100deg without proof.

madness.

All I am saying is this deal has been on for 6 hours and has not been proved by anyone and the temp is still rising!! Unless it is proved either way I will not vote hot or cold that is the sensible thing to do.

I've just returned from my local Sainsbury's (Enfield) and I managed to buy the last packets on the shelf @ £1 per 40 pack. Thanks for the heads up!

Just got back from the chelt large store, got 8 packs last on the shelf they were well hidden on the shelf, had two £1 of vouchers so paid £6 for 8 packs. Im 30 weeks pregnant so this is great for me. How my life has changed you wouldnt believe how chuffed I just got over this deal. Heat and rep added. Thanks so much OP. xxxx

Obviously not nationwide - not in any of my large stores and there was not even a gap of where they could have been before any stampede.
#17
Bought the last packs in Kidlington and Oxford. Confirmed they are not labeled or even in their own section. They are just mixed in with the 35 packs and look identical except for the spot where it tells you how many diapers are in the pack.

Thanks Charlie71 for taking the time to post

Hopefully now, as two other HUKDers have found these nappies at the price I said, perhaps there is no need for me to provide 'proof' any more ...

either they've upped the price since yesterday or this offer is not nationwide as the pack of 40's were mixed within the packs of 35 at my local store but they scanned at £3.84 so still a good price but not as good as £1!!
#22
Great bargain.....Not £1 but £1.37 in my local store still a fantastic price!
