They're OK for the summer but useless in cold conditions.
Good Price for Hunters if the label means something to you but good wellies can be had for a lot less.

These are good for women with a fat calf who can't get the regular wellies to fit.

I agree. My sister bought some Hunters thinking they would be better quality and hers have started leaking and they are only 6 months old!

From Amazon site "Great wellies but if you have slightly larger calf's & want to wear socks then these are just too tight. I returned them. Amazon were very quick to refund my money. I then bought Huntress wellies & these are great. Comfy too. "

Hunters just aren't the same quality as they used to be - my last pair only lasted a year before they had holes in the soles. Plus they're not very warm either.

Recently upgraded to Muckboots and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to keep warm and dry plus have a comfortable boot to walk in. Some of them have a really good grippy sole too, much better for snow and ice than the Hunter sole.

Not sure this is that great a deal but I've never bought short Hunters before so will refrain from voting. I'm just going by the fact that you can get full size Hunters for about £45 from places like the Welly Warehouse.

Bought some hunters at christmas - went out in the snow feet were freezing.

They do look nice though - I bought a size the size 4 fit too- normally a size 6

Hunter wellies are total rubbish,I bought the wife a pair last xmas cost me £45, They lasted about 3 month then started leaking in the sole on both feet,She only walks the dog down the fields twice a day.Save yourself some money get a pair of dunlop for about £10 far better than Hunter rubbish.
