  I've got a green pair of hunters, which I paid around £80 for off ASOS. Excellent pair of boots and long lasting. Not sure about the difference between men's and women's, perhaps the women's pair are slightly more slim or fitted?

  I've got an ancient pair of green ones which are great and were well worth the money (about £25 in the '80s I think). However they have become yet another 'fashion brand' and posters suggest the quality is no where near what it used to be.

  From what I have heard off of various sources Id agree with you on this Besford, just a fashion wellie now, used to be quality made in scotland now made in china and very poor quality. I know shops that refuse to stock them because they had so many faulty returns. Used to brilliant, now overpriced and badly made.
