Jump to unread Post a Commentthat is £2.50 per order though - i agree for those skinflints who want a bluray delivered for £3 its going to hurt, but buy 10 blurays and its not that bad. i bought 20 blurays so the cost was tiny, but thats the only way id buy from them now.
as for this film, found it boring and never got past the first 30 minutes, however its being released on my birthday as a special edition steelbook, so its ordered :)
for high value items then yes its higher than usual, but they give you far more than anyone else for used phones and gadgets, so you cant have it both ways.
they are very cheap on blurays and dvds though, you can get some great bargains. id never go to a store though, much prefer buying and selling online to them.
this site is about how good a deal the original post was, not what your opinion is on the film.

Middle of a recession and you've got money to spare for a film you don't like, because it comes in a tacky tin box?

recession for you maybe, i have approx £500 spare each month, i get £870 and live on £370.
and yes, im a steelbook collector, i have a few bluray steelbooks i will never watch (twilight trilogy) but they still look nice. and i might give it another go now its a steelbook.
oh and calling it a tacky tin box - you clearly havent seen many steelbooks, most have great artwork and are steel not tin.

Surely if the film is crap then no matter how cheap it is it can't be a good deal?
So i'd say peoples opinion on the film is indeed an important factor in deciding to buy
Thanks GodVilla, product quality is always a crucial part of a deal (after all you'd think £2.50 is great for a 32" Telly wouldn't you, but if that telly caught fire after 5 minutes use then you'd probably question the deal

just because that person says its crap, it doesnt necessarily mean it is, unless you take there word for it.
im not saying it was a good film but this site is called hotukdeals so deals should be first and foremost.
I was not the first to comment on this film, but yet you have decided to single me out. If you are not getting any off the missus (that's if you have one of course) then please take out your frustration elsewhere. If I want to give my opinion on a film, I will do. What I should have said is... I don't think this is a good deal, because the film is crap!

Surely you agree though that peoples opinions of a product are important to how much of a deal it is? if i posted a deal where a product that normally retails at £100 was suddenly a mere fiver would it be a good deal? yes but if a couple of people said its actually a bit cack would it still be a good deal? no (i refer you to my 32" tv example)
