These'd look proper teamed up with some really thick Frank Carson specs, a tartan blanket & a motability scooter.

Good deal if you like them.

I think these are a touch better for a little more :Sketchers

Long white socks, tight shorts and a polo shirt with a little pocket set these off something lovely. Would buy but I'm not 50 yet.

Thats the most "sensible" pair of skechers I've ever seen. Didn't know they made shoes like that.

Nice, but I think I'd wear those and these on different occasions. I would say these hush puppies are more of a dress trainer (on the drink), where as the skechers are more of a very comfortable shoe (long day at work). if that makes sense?

Go on and mock you young whippersnappers! As someone who happens to have made it to the wrong side of fifty, these shoes look like the ultimate in understated elegance to me. I'm going to really turn a few (blue rinsed) heads when i sa·shay down to the local crown green bowling club. To complete my new look, does anyone know where i can find Alan Partridge's sports casual clothing range? Nurse!
