That's reassuring, as I've got one being delivered tomorrow (UPS willing).

Quidco has tracked, but only at 6% rather than the promised 15%. Did you have similar problems?

The hundred off deal has now been replaced by one for two free pillows, which they somehow calculate as being worth £158. Dream on!

That offer runs until the 16th of October.

I bought the memory one. I got it with the two free pillows and £66 cashback from quidco. If your clever though you can buy it now, get the plows and quidco cashback within the 100 trial, send it back and then order again with the £100 discount and further possible cashback. not sure if you have to send the pillows back.

Hey, how is anyone that purchased one of these getting on with it? Did quidco track correctly in the end?

Delivery was fine and I'm happy with the mattress but Quidco still hasn't tracked for the full amount - I've raised it with them but expect it to take ages to be resolved.

Did you get the £100 of deal or free pillows? I wonder if the offer affects what tracks? (but they should make it clear if it does) good luck!

I got the £100 off deal. But that should make no difference to the amount of cashback. If it says 15% it should be 15%.

I've just purchased and have the same issue, quidco has only tracked at 5% and not 15%. I started to log a claim but it's too early, but ehat's odd is the transaction total quidco has is £100 less than what I just paid... I only got the 'free pillow' deal so looks like I'm in the same boat. Good luck

Have you allowed for the fact that casback is not paid in VAT? That might account for the shortfall in the transaction total.

Good luck to you, too. Keep me posted!

Hi,
I'm still here!

I'm obviously going to keep my powder dry until the 100 day return option is closed, but I don't expect to be returning this mattress.

If you're not used to foam (and I'm not fully there yet) it comes as a bit of a surprise. A mess of contradictions really. Soft but supportive, cosy but cool. And sometimes it feels a bit too soft, and at other times a bit too hard. Mostly vg.

But it and I seem to be forming a bit of a working relationship. I'm looking forward to seeing what it has in store for me tonight.

Tl;dr: give it a go (but I don't know how much you will be paying, nor whether the pillows are any good).

Hope that helps, but I don't suppose it does - sleep is a very individual thing.

Thanks Emlin, I've had a memory foam mattress for 9 years and it has now lost its support. I love them to be honest. Just checked the website and it's showing £100 off a double and with cashback it's a great deal. Don't need pillows to be honest so the £100 seems a better deal! Glad you are enjoying. You mentioned it was soft, out of 10 how firm would you rate it? I know it's all relative but just to get an idea!

Cheers.

Unfortunately, I have no idea either, not having had a foam mattress before. I'd give it a six, if pushed.

But if you're getting the £100 quid off plus cashback, with free return - go for it, I think that's a bargain, compared to the normal competitors.

And please let me know how you find it, if you do pull the trigger.

Best,
Pete
