Some of these infrared thermometers can be very inaccurate. The Chinglish in the product description doesn't fill me with confidence. One of the reviews says it was inaccurate and some of the others were given the product for free in exchange for a review. Worth spending a bit more to get one that is clinically validated. Thermofocus is accurate but the build is a bit flimsy. More info here

Why is it that people given free products for review never leave less than 5 stars?

Those people should be disqualified from getting freebies for being dishonest.

Wouldn't buy this or any laser thermometer , we paid £70 for one that had good reviews on Amazon for baby temp monitoring, quickly realised it was useless, unfortunately too late to return.
