That's a great price, not everyone wants to upgrade their whole system.

Probably cols because Prime only.

4x 8GB is pointless. You lose throughput based on 4 modules, better to buy 2 of the right size.

Throughout remains the same. Channels don't work like that. A dual channel setup will perform exactly the same with 2 modules as it will with 4.

Why buy 1866 mhz memory when you can get 2400 or 2666 mhz?
