Sorry, folks ^^^ ignore above post - when I got through the checkout a bit further it says:

Due to high demand the following item(s) are currently unavailable.
#7
Shows in stock for delivery in Guildford area!
#8

But when you put it in your basket and try to get through the checkout, it doesn't let me. It may be the same for those above stores.

Does it let you go through checkout, to the screen just before you submit the final click??

Just ordered one at 11pm - out of stock for in store collection but delivery worked fine. With 6% quidco it works out cheaper as well - about £480. Brilliant deal!

I woudnt get your hopes up mate just read this on money saving expert forums from another thread on this deal.

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=267875&page=2

Scroll down to the bottom

This is the normal dixons group expired product markdown, no stock except that after 10 or 11 pm suddenly all orders are accepted then cancelled the next day - check out hundreds of other similar threads.

I remember a sililar deal last year with a Toshiba 32" tv going for £99 and lots of people ordering the set and only a handfull of orders were sent out, I rang pc world earlier and they told me that there are 0 sets available for sale.

Just remember that HDTV's are going to get cheaper and cheaper

The cheapest DVD players were £150+ in 2000
with top brands at £500+ for standard players

Now tesco sell one for £17 and you can get a Branded one for £50

The decrease in cost of Hdtv's is likely to be similar scale

Expect a decent size screen for £200 within 2 years
(it may not be a top brand but it will be pretty good)

Good point,

I currently have a Dell W2600 26" HDTV that was purhased last November for £365 and they knocked another £100 off due to a hissing noise so £265 in all but to be honest I would have bought the 37" and flogged the 26" on ebay as there going for around £340.

I'm sure there will be other deals in the future.

Anyways I'm hanging on till 1080p sets come out as eventually I will get a PS3, and as announced today Xbox 360 is to output 1080p also.
suspended#22
yeah, if your gunna get a hdtv, get 1 with hdmi, hdcp, pref 1080p.
#23
Lets you go right through and place the order, even though they don't have any of these. Tried it just for the fun of it, because I know they will send a cancellation email at about 9:05 tomorrow morning!
#24
id laugh my socks off if they didnt..

Had no problem ordering games from PCW, yet everytime a hardware bargain appears I'm confronted by this crap error.
