No, but if you know of any please list them here :)

However, i've done a price comparison with other vendors which shows £133.20 to be a good deal

Eclipse Computers - £183.89
Scan - £207.85
CCL Online - £190.35
Micro Direct - £199.69

*edit* While checking prices elsewhere, the HM22W is listed as an LCD TV/TFT monitor, this is not what is described on ebuyers listing. In fact, the manufacturers # is listed as H224W, which has no integrated tuner and slightly different specs in terms of (contrast ratio & pixel pitch), as below;
------------------------------------
Visible - Diagonal 22” WIDE
Display Area - 464.94 (H) x 290.59 (V) mm

Contrast Ratio - 1000:1
Viewing Angle - 170° / 160° (H/V)
Pixel Pitch - 0.27675mm (H x V)

Ebuyer customer service is generally pretty good, anyone know how they would react to being told that the item received (presuming they send the H224W) was not the model advertised (HM22W), would they swap it for a superior model or simply process it as a return?

I have the "Blue H22W" which I am not overly impressed with, as mentioned in a previous post - not terrible, but not too good either. VERY similar spec, and price to to what I paid.

It doesn't quite seem to match any of the current models on eBuyer, but that's where I bought it. I was unable to leave negative comments on there, they were never posted, so the reliability of eBuyer comments has fallen now in my view if they only post the tame ones!

This practice should be changing. If you ever have a problem again, contact eBuyer's Operations Director Armando Sanchez (taken from this PCA Forum thread - see page 2):

Hello

I am the operations Director at Ebuyer, and I have been reading this post with interest. And I am of the opinion, as many of you are that a review should tell the whole story of a product.

With this in mind, I am going to investigate the claims in the posts on this forum and take this up with my buying team, and if necessary make the changes to our procedures so that this will not happen again.

If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to call me direct on 0871 528 5090.

Regards
Armando Sanchez

Well very nice in principal.... but I get sick of hearing the bleating of companies when they get "outed", and they jump to try and cover their arses - just watch them on BBC Watchdog for example - then nothing happens, because problems in companies are usually deep seated and not solved overnight, if ever.

I buy from eBuyer when I have no other choice, or it is so priced that I can't come close anywhere else; but I do NOT now take any comment for what it appears. (Thing is, my post was not THAT radical, just clearly they had a lot of stock of this rather poor monitor to shift, and mine was only about the 3rd post!)

That said, eBuyer is often cheap, and I will probably be using them again sometime, as sometimes, it still is the only option - Biggest problem with eBuyer (dubious comments on their sites put aside) is the same problem that ALL online companies have - DELIVERIES, they all suffer this problem, and all delivery companies have their problems, some more than others though!

It is a lottery whoever you go with and I have had problems with just about every delivery setup you could name!

I find in my email that I can expect a delivery from Home Delivery Network TOMORROW (that was from DABS, another disinterested company!).... now LAST time, a few week ago, I got an imaginary card NOT posted through my door, as I was apparently out (also imaginary) and had a long wait in (that was REAL) for nothing - I wonder how the experience will be this time?
