Tell those nosey ******** looking at your tax disc what you think they should be doing in return for those taxes you paid, instead of looking to clamp you and extort your hard earned cash. Great stocking filler if delivered in time for Christmas. Note any version without asterisks may be legally deemed offensive and get you hassle from the law, but this one should be ok.
There are some reductions for bulk purchases, see deal link for info.

What's even more Ironic is the date stamp for purchase appears to be 19/06/08?? On a tax disc that expires 4 months later!!

Serves them right but the cost of having to clamp & remove them still puts the true cost elsewhere so I still think it's better to seize their personal assets/benefits so they don't **** about. Fining them will make little difference as it will only reduce their credit rating if they don't pay up so can't borrow credit but stop them getting money for daily finance will stop them flouting the law in the first place. It's the drivers who is paying for those who don't stick to the law.

I thought it was your council and the council tax that did this.

I suggest you lodge a claim against the local authorities for not maintaining the road but you must provide evidence to them that the pot hole did cause considerable damage with copies of the annual car service & MOT to prove that your car was kept at roadworthy condition. Get the mechanics report to confirm whether the damage to the vehicle is cause by the pot hole on the road. Hey, even get the car manufacturer to confirm any details of life expectancy of the suspension on the car vehicle for claim. Could give it a try & see if the local council would cave in.
