got the flyer in the post this morning as well....not a bad deal....remember you'll need access to a "trade card" before you can buy though

Cold from me, on the basis that not everyone can get into Makro or has one near them, plus if you went through Quidco / Shop.com to Amazon, this would only be £2 cheaper, and delivered to your door. Sorry!

Not everyone has a Home Bargains, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, M&S, Waitrose, Woolworths, etc near them.

I'm confused.

Based on your argument, every deal is cold, because no one has a store in every single town/village/settlement? What a stupid comment to make.

also amazon is £140 and not part of quidco... so I'm lost as to how and where you've got your prices from, and your reason for voting cold.

Hot Deal.

Fine, take my cold vote on the basis of the price then. :)

the problem with makro is that when you add VAT on the price is virtually the same as anywhere else :x

You go through Shop.com on Quidco, and search for the iPod on Amazon - click through to Amazon, buy it, you get 7% Quidco. (Apparently!)

So can you explain how you go through Quidco to Amazon?

See above. Haven't tried it myself, but I've seen quite a few people mention it on here. :)

This deal isn’t available in my local newsagent so I’m voting it cold. :w00t:

Yeeeah, I think there's a bit of a difference between not having a Tesco or Asda near you, and not having a Makro near you versus getting something delivered to your door for £2 more - and you don't need to apply for a card (and potentially not get it) to get into a supermarket either! :w00t:

I don't want to get into makro, but its a good deal so i gave it heat.

If thats the case....most deals on here (that require a purchase online and delivery) are usually rubbish and cold....the likes of Ebuyer etc rip us off 'cos we live in Northern Ireland...double the cost to mainland customers....
Anyway....the site is getting a bit pants again with all the trash thats being posted....99p rubbish from the pound shops and £23,000 cars etc....it was great a while back when "real deals " were posted....now its chock a block with rubbish deals...and an awful lot of stuff in minus figures....cold or what...

by the way the shop at the end of my street has some DVDs on at 79p....only one of each....but you need to fly to Norn Iron or get the ferry to snap up these bargains....:whistling:

I tried this last week (thursday) and it doesn't work. I ordered Pure Evoke DAB radio, first going through quidco, finding the item, clicking on the link to amazon. It has not tracked, despite being dispatched.

I tried it only something the other day and it didn't work either - I think I know why though. When you search on Shop.com, it has 'partner sites' where it will let you add it to your shopping basket right there (unfortunately it seems to be eBay most of the time). Further down there are links to the item on other sites, but I don't think clicking through actually tracks Quidco.
