When I saw these on Dragons Den I thought they were fantastic, but I have not really heard much of them since. Are they still supported with software and updates and such?

Mixed reviews from what i have read. So maybe they are not worth the full £50+ retail price when they first came out?? Downloads from the website are very limited too i believe.

I bought one of these from B&M while I was on holiday in September and it went wrong within a month. However I emailed Vivid Imaginations who make them and they replaced the bear free of charge for the latest model. This is great as my 2 year old takes it to bed with her and it has a 10,20 or 30 min sleep timer on it. It also has a lock key so that once the program is set the child cannot change it or fiddle with it. The problem we had with the first one was the speaker went wrong, but as I said it was replaced within 3 days. Downloads from the site are pricey and limited but all I do is convert my childs favourite DVDs and put them on. An SD card is much needed if these are the same model I had first as it has very limited storage capacity. Ours came with a Mr Bean episode on it, a few pics of bear traveling, a couple of songs about bear and 2 games. Not sure I would ever pay the £60 Amazon are charging for them but for £20 it is well worth it and any problems just email Vivid and they are so helpful, usually reply within hours an not days.

I have had one of these for my 2 year old daughter for nearly a year now. Have tried throughout that time to download other stuff onto it. I have tried numerous ways to covert DVD's and wondered how you manage to do this. Have tried using the i teddy DVD ripper but still no joy! My daughter must have watched the same episode of Fifi around 100 times so would be grateful for any advice!!
