From my estimates, your making about £70-90 saving on this as opposed to self build!
Edited By: abch4 on May 21, 2012 22:41: Extra info
i7-2600k Intel CPU - £227.98
500GB Caviar Blue Hard Drive - 57.04
NVidia GTX550Ti- £89.98
8GB DDR3 - £33.30
Total = 453.83 and that without a case and cpu so even It's not mine type of GPU and HDD i have to admit price is damn good.
Custom PC magazine wants me to spend like a £1000 for a decent i5 system.

If your budget is less than £500 and you dont need a monitor then get this. You probably wouldnt be able to build better for less (i myself would spend the extra £90 for the version with the OS and monitor).
After trying to make some minor upgrades to my current PC and failing miserably (3TB hard drive - not supported on MOBO, also didn't realise I needed to buy a SATA cable too, and then HD 6850 bought - PSU not powerful enough) I'd rather keep it as simple as possible, and this deal seems like it might b spot on for that.

They will probably give a poor, unbranded 500W power supply. Personally if i was going to spend £250-300 on a graphics card i'd get a power supply from a well known and reliable manufacturer (i.e. Corsair, XFX).
you wanted to say Seasonic, right?
yeah, it's relatively cheap, but apart from that i7, there's nothing superb about it.
also, with Ivy Bridge out, I wouldn't call Sandy Bridge new...
