2010 is the 10th Anniversary of Ian Dury's passing and in what will be a big year for his music, a soundtrack for a generation of a certain age(!), the year begins with the release of this essential collection of his best known and biggest recordings.

Ian Dury was a fascinating character and a unique Artist who gave the English language modern-day clichés in the
aptly named album title `Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll' and `Reasons To Be Cheerful'. His fans include Sir Paul McCartney, Madness and Robbie Williams.
Now the subject of the critically acclaimed biopic `Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll' starring Andy Serkis as Ian Dury, the film focuses on his personal relationships during his rise to fame, as well as how he dealt with and overcame his disability.
It is hard to believe that it is ten years since Ian Dury passed-away but this new collection serves as a timely reminder as to how great his songs were and how the recordings have stood the test of time.... 30 years on!
