Description

TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and is a highly effective method of stimulating the body`s own defence against pain by transmitting gentle electrical impulses through the skin via adhesive pads. These signals attack your pain in 2 ways, either by helping the body to release endorphins, the body`s natural pain killers or by blocking the pain messages before they reach the brain. The Mini Tens Machine unit gives natural pain relief for back pain, sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis and sports injury.

• Cordless electrostimulation
• Therapy appliance in mini format to alleviate muscular pain for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation
• Two self-adhesive electrodes in case Mini TENS pads
• Self adhesive electrodes for use with Mini Tens machine.

Good price for a little machine assuming it works, and no reason to suspect it wouldn`t. I spent 2-3 times this amount on one from a certain Welsh-sounding pharmacy, although a different larger design with 2 channels, leads, etc, and it was somewhat helpful when my knee was giving me gyp - perhaps one of these smaller simpler ones would be more convenient for some scenarios?

so, is this attesy powered? It doesnt state, whether mains or battery and if batteries included plus what type.

There isnt and overwhelming clinical evidence of there working,so may be the placebo effect, which you could get for free.

I bought one a couple of years ago as I have an ongoing back problem. It helped me immensely to cotrol the pain after a week of using 3 times a day every day. I was able to stop taking the painkillers. It wasn't this brand though.
