Hmm, some reverse psychology experimenting by Iceland on this one.

What next? Buy a wedding ring and get a free meat cleaver?

My thoughts exactly.
Probably maple *flavour* syrup. Yuk!

And if it is, it's costing you £1 given the 'free' ingredients are £4 in total.

Not too sure if this is a national deal - just been to my local Iceland and they did not have this offer on.

If you notice it says " Maple Flavour Syrup ".

aunt bessies pancake mix is horrible, it's ok for Yorkshire puds but not pancakes. The store branded tesco or Morrisons are way better and a fraction of the price.
#27
What's the difference between a pancake pan and a regular pan of the same size? Is it not as tall at the sides and/or lighter?

Yes so its easier to flip the pancake, I'm a bit of an expert anyway but makes it easier for noobies and amateur cooks to flip

Why would you ever buy a pancake mix? Pancakes are flour, milk and egg, it's not rocket science.

You've probably never had maple syrup before, can be a struggle to find the real stuff, quite pricey too. It is like wasabi in the fakeness respect, which is always just green coloured horseradish.

it's not rocket science but for some reason they stick more than the mix so easier if kids want make them.

Pantastic deal :{

Must be a local deal as I popped into Edinburgh store to see if they had it but assistant hadn't heard of this offer. Seemed like a reasonable price for the pan and spray oil.
#36
I bought 2 sets at Iceland, St Andrews Retail Park, Birmingham today.
#37
is the pan suitable for induction hob?
