You probably can but I'm fussy in that i'd like the phone to sit flush in the cradle rather than perching on an adapter :)

Not sure I'd want a pre-owned home phone.

All those calls you'd be receiving intended for the former owner. No thanks X)

I think you only get the USED phone and NOT the previous owners Landline number with it. X)X)

Signal issues indoors - movement, low mobile battery, replacement handset you can use hands free the old school way ear to shoulder esp noisy environments where loudspeaker causes the other caller to have issues hearing, and finally safety: radiation.

I'll take it, someone else can pay my non inclusive calls anyday, or is that 'everyday' of the week X)

Bluetooth does not need a physical adapter ;)

People are daft enough to still have landlines? and pay line rental on them?

You don't need to use the physical line between the hardware and BT socket, you can use it exclusively via bluetooth with a mobile, better signal or easier handset.

I think this is great for elderly, a call will fall to either to make a call, a assistance call situation will go mobile network signal/issue or will route the call over landline, 2 options with one handset, no worries to user over which just as long as call connects flawlessly.

Anyone know if like the swisscom I posted you can carry the handset whilst out and about linked to a mobile via bluetooth or does it have to use bluetooth via the base/DECT station ?

The swisscom is ok for incoming calls but you cant dial out without the mobile, whereas if this iCreation handset works via bluetooth outdoors the mobile phone effectively becomes a 'mobile' call router left in a handbag(?) that can be charged by carers and put back in a handbag - that would be great as the same 'phone' can be used indoors plus out & about for those with dementia like symptoms, one phone for all is less confusing that two (different) phones.

OH yeah, forgot to say I was having card issues on website after I posted - bank said nothing their end, not even a check when I called them today. So between both my deal and MrJinxys (ironic!) I did not manage to buy one, typical! #sadface
