beware poor data strength not similar to 3 signal I was showing very poor data strength with most apps not working .Used for a month then requested pac code moved to 1p mobile instead.I live near city centre in Greater Manchester so was expecting good coverage even with 3G never mind 4G .I requested that there cistomer services send me data signals for iphone 6plus 2 times ignored .Promised to send and sent nothing.I was using the 3 signal showing ID on phonme.

Very bad reviews. Poor signal, mobile data, customer services, Over charges. I'd avoid completely.

With ID you get what you pay for. I've had it for few months because it was really cheap, but then I switched to Tesco mobile, as I couldn't deal with poor signal and data anymore. I didn't even live in a remote area, was in 5minutes away from centre of Leeds.

I actually went from Tesco Mobile to ID because the signal in my area (north norfolk coast) is far stronger. I have been on the ID network for around 5 months now and have absolutely no problems with it.

Screwed up my credit rating and useless staff couldn't fix it after numerous calls and over 2 months! AVOID

My wife had been on iD for 10 months as a stop gap. Changed last week, no issues whatsoever. Porting in and out, no issues either. Maybe we were lucky, but would use them again as a stop gap. Wish I had because I renewed my contract just over a month ago, and now there's loads of good sim only deals.

theses are the worst I ever used because a lot of the times I lose signal for no reason but I now changed to Vodafone and don't get a signal problem

ive also heard they a pain to cancel and they say they have cancelled your contract but haven't so if you going to cancel record the call incase they try to lie saying you didn't cancel

if you end up 3months later with a threat letter that you owe money refuse to pay this and contact them and threat them with trading standards

I had issues with them a while back. Paid for extra data as a "one off" charge....and they kept charging me monthly for it. Ditched them and went with 3. 3 are far from perfect but I don't get dodgy over-charges anymore.

Hi tobiasrags, we are disappointed to see you have had issues with your coverage, billing and customer services team. Are you still an iD Mobile Customer? Have your issues been resolved or do you need these investigating further?

Hi there, in$anity. We are sorry to hear you had issues with your data add-on repeating monthly rather than a one-off, was this investigated by our Customer Services Team?

Carphone Warehouse offer 1GB of data, 250 mins and 5000 texts for £5.00. Not quite as good as this deal, but Quidco have a £25 cashback for a new 12 month sim only deal. Could be worth a punt.

Hi sarkymark1, the £5 deals are not available as 12 month plans so wouldn't qualify for cashback.

I was using them since last year, over 9months now, and I am not happy neither recommend them. It is just my opinion, but they worked on it to make it like that.
