I have had this contract with shockproof for over 4 months now. Contrary to what some have said I've found it to be a really good service

It's either data rollover or shockproof. Better with shockproof (can set up a £5 cap) IMHO. Good deal.

A couple of family members have had this for 6 months, absolutely no issues so far.

Was on ID, until they decided they wanted to change my tariff and give me less for the same price.

Never had an issue with the customer services though. The rep actually felt embarrassed by what ID had the cheek of doing.

I'm on shockproof, have been for about 8 month and its been great, never had a bill over £10 and my cap is £12.50 so its not like I've maxed it out

I had a contract with these idiots when the iPhone 6s came out. I paid the contract off early and closed my account. I have just been refused a personal loan for the first time in 11 years. This is because id mobile didn't send me a definite final bill also no communication regarding it. As a result I have a black mark against my name because they didn't do their job properly. That have admitted this mistake and correcting it via experian. Their customer service is terrible, stay away, you have been warned.

This has been available for the past 6 months nothing new to be honest so hardly a deal.

I was tempted but there is no tethering on any plan, I need this for my Tomtom.

I had to leave iD Mobile due to their slow 4G speeds (Southampton area) - only received 1 - 3 Mbps. Changed to Plusnet Mobile who provide far faster 4G and excellent value sim deals.

Be careful. It's expensive if you go over your data limits, very expensive.

Been with them over a year, no issues. Cheap cheerful and does the job. Never had any reception issues in London. Really like the app and the £5 cap on spending.

Great until you touch customer services, which are utterly abysmal. I'd never go back.

Terrible company, from personal experience. Overcharges and service didn't work. Customer support was awful then tried to charge 6months later for something even though service had been terminated. Go somewhere else for you mobile

I'm the opposite , I'm on my 2nd replacement pn sim and still no data connection on my Redmi 3 pro global, pn said it's problems with my local mast ! But I have no data even while I was in Liverpool city center! I also have a Talk talk and three Sim both data working fine, so it's not my new mobile it's pn/EE network problem! So I will give idmobile a try!

where do i start, being told cancellation in progress, finding out a charge has been applied as it was a couple of days earlier than the last 30 days (your advisor told me i was in my last 30 days) being told differant final charges. call centre staff disconnecting, emails with half a question answered.

Piggybacks on the 3 network iirc, so anywhere 3 is poor then this will be too.

I left 3 a few months ago and would never go back now, the signal is **** poor in places, and if you're somewhere busy (shopping centre/football) then forget about it, no chance of a signal.

Too little too late. Concentrate on providing a good service in the first place and not just pretending that you care to hook in new customers

i have a 30day shockproof rolling contract with them for 5pounds a month - 250mins 5000txts 1.5gb

apart from a little hiccup when porting number over from o2, i have had no probs yet. so far so good tbh.

and ive been with o2 for 10 yrs previously

I know that some people slate ID, but I've had an excellent service from them, signal has been great (better than other half on O2), the app works really well and customer services have answered call quickly on the one occasion I called (to get port code).
The only downside I found was when you want to switch from one ID deal to another, you have to switch to another network and come back in order to keep your number, this is a pain however, it's only done once a year when current roll over deal ends.

Be aware ID mobile customer services are closed from 8pm, so if your phone is lost or stolen, you have to wait till 8 the next day to get it locked.
