Will cost you £12.50 (ish) per year in electricity to keep your beer cold in one of these. (doubt anyone cares but hey)

I imagine it's very similar to all the others - just check the volume is comparable. At least it hasn't got indelible branding all over it.

~10p a unit for electricity? Who's your supplier? :)

At this size it'll be pretty damn noisy... so a word of warning to those thinking about having it for a bedroom :)
Same as any other compressor fridge really.

My girlfriend has a Husky budweiser one and thats not too loud to sleep with, don't know if it compares with sound. Makes a noise every few hours but its barely noticeable
#11
Has been this price for weeks - was going to purchase this cooler in January but held off. Still uncertain after reading mixed reviews.
#12
I have one and they make barely any noise.
The temperature goes cold enough to even freeze on some occasions.
#13
Great find. Thank-you for posting...!

People have beer fridges in their bedrooms?

Are you all students? Or Americans?

Well it all depends on the ambient temperature.

Good price for a Husky alternative. I have a Husky wine fridge (non logoed one) similar to this and cost more than this one so voted hot

Is this true? Just wondering if getting one of these is going to send my mum crazy about the price of running it alongside the fridge downstairs.

Thanks
#24
Just over a quid a month to run and some are whinging about that? jesuz!

Can anyone who has this tell me how loud it is? Really want it for my bedroom but I'm a really light sleeper and my room isn't that big so I'll be sleeping pretty close to it

Well you only thought you got a bargain. If you'd have entered code TDX-KGW7 you'd have got an additional 500 points on top of the 112 making a grand total of 612. That code is worth 15quid alone.

Lol, what kind of comment is that...apart from misinformed, jeez some folk.

No I couldn't enter your code, its valid for 1 day only, Feb 27th, I bought on Feb 22nd (You should have read your moneysavingexpert flyer more carefully instead of diving in eager to make an @ss of yourself.

Secondly, if I could have entered your code, I would have got £5 as your Tesco code, that I couldn't use, is for £5, its only worth £15 should you opt to convert to Tesco deals..

*cue tumbleweed*
#35
Well may I suggest you read the promo before you rant off. It expires on the 27th yes, but the code is currently valid and can be used right now. Yes and even on the 22nd when you made the purchase. So the laugh is on you...LOL
