"99p for FAMILY members (Mon - Fri only, £1.55 Saturdays), £1.55 for non-FAMILY members."
Still a great deal of course.
Oh, and the fact that its not a deal. It's been this price for literally years, and has recently just gone up in price. Not a deal, spammed.
Everything else is passable. Maybe we should start a campain? :)
What the FAMILY card holder deal used to be was the free coffee/drink Mon-Fri and that still applies per Ikea UK website:
"FREE tea and coffee in our restaurant ". Others only got a free drink before 10am when they were enticed into the restaurant/cafe as a holding area before the marketplace opened.
The change is that NOW you need a FAMILY card to claim the cheap(ish) breakfast. The Ikea website clearly says:
"From the 17th April the cooked breakfast will be 99p for IKEA FAMILY members and £1.55 for non IKEA FAMILY members (Monday to Friday only)" [ie full price for all at weekends]
There are actually TWO breakfasts on offer - the standard 6 item (as above) with 2 meat items but also a 9 item one at higher price so they have a clear opportunity at the till to catch the Wayne & Waynette Slobs who used to pile their plates at the Ikea breakfast servery (I've stood behind far too many at the Ikea in Bletchley!) .
I had one such Family card 99p breakfast only last week there - and have to say it left a 99p taste in my mouth. Cheap and worth what was paid for it, but hardly a tasty/enjoyable breakfast - though I do remember plenty of places charges a lot more for just a coffee (I had to make do with a hot chocolate as BOTH the coffee machines were bust!).

i don't expect the nutritional content is fantastic tho!
The link says
"Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, hash brown, beans, and tomato for only 93p. Add 3 items and pay only £ 1.61.
And enjoy a cup of tea/coffee with unlimited re-fill for only 73p"
But you're all quoting 99p. Just the record, I don't care about 6p, but I wonder where you'll all reading from.
