Lighting is more fun when the price is lower
DIODER is a series of decorative lighting that you can put, well, anywhere you like and however you like. You can put strips and spotlights with built-in diodes that change colour in your bookshelves or around the frames of your pictures and mirrors. Our idea was to make it playful and fun for you to create atmosphere and personality in your home. That's why we lowered the price substantially on DIODER. It becomes even more fun that way.

MKD
PS: While I was thinking this smiler123 popped up with what are multi-colour and varied brightness link, so I presume so.

well known to stop eye strain and enhance the blacks ,i enjoy to watch a blu ray in the dark with just the dioders on to accentuate the black levels with white at the back philips launched the ambilight tvs but they never really took off ,try it you will get what i mean

I havnt heard of backlighting plasmas could you show in pictures how it looks setup. My plasma is about 2ft away from the wall as the wall couldnt handle the weight of the plasma so its on a stand.Any useful info be appreciated.

I have it in the bedroom but never got around to doing the living room tv.

It reduces eye strain, I have multi coloured LED's but have always set them to blue but personal preference.

Are they 25cm each strip?

I'm mounting my tv against the wall, so i'm thinking I may not get the same effect as those pics above!

Thanks

yes they are
and yes you will get the same effect

As in post #2 above ;)

When actually watching tv white is your best bet as it doesn't clash with what you're watching. Personally I think it works best just doing the sides if you've mounted the tv close to the wall as it has the subliminal effect of widening the picture. Everything said about reducing eyestrain and enhancing the picture is very true.
