I would imagine anyone interested in series 3 may already have series 1 & 2, so posted this as series 3 DVD only, rather than the box set of 1-3.

Release Date: 25 October 2010

The series returns with more mishaps, embarrassing attempts to pull and the vital adult initiation – to lose their virginity and become men.

The start of term sees Carli organising a charity fashion show which Simon eagerly agrees to take part in, Will trying to escape being known as the kid who shat himself in the exam, and Jay is still up to his neck in imaginary sexual experiences. Over the six episodes, the quartet also tries their hand at camping, gigs and ‘puff’, obviously all with disastrous consequences.

And as the year goes on, one of the boys gets a proper, living breathing girlfriend - something the others find a little hard to take but very easy to ridicule.

I've not been watching it... I'll just watch them all online on a hangover morning... sounds like that was a good call rather than sitting in of an evening, then !

I think this series is very funny, the puff one very funny with Will and his funny arms.

Yeah, this series is pretty weak. 3rd episode was crap. Jay is just boring with his bullsh**, and Neil isn't anywhere near as funny anymore.

I think this series is brilliant, just as good as the first two, great programme

Anyone finding it less funny is growing up too fast. Still seems genius to me. The bit in ep3 where Jay goes "i've never really cared about a girlfriend" and will responds "what about the one you cried about" and jays face after that...priceless. HOT

Guessing having sky and series link to start with costed more than £25?

They have overdone his ****, seems everything he says is a lie.

I thought the motorbike scene was funny.

A few poor scenes this series though - the drug dealer and Will dumping tall bird spring to mind.

i think the second episode was really really funny... i think there's too much expectation after how good the first 2 series were anyway... it's still way better than most stuff on tv so worth a watch
#22
what, this series is great so far (only watched first 2), just as good as the first 2series.
#23
Have to agree this is played out now and they should end it after this series.

This is the last series anyhow. There's a film to come next summer and a one off special. The 4 main characters will be in various things no doubt, esp the actors that play Jay and Neil.

It's becoming quite tiresome although there are funny scenes to be had. Neil's character is tedious now as there's only so long the dumb card works. I've heard people complain about Jay's lies but it's one of the plus points for me if I'm honest.

Anyway, I'll be voting cold based on the value itself because it's 6 episodes right? 20 minutes each roughly, and for £11.85 it's just overpriced. It might say "series" but it's hardly that in terms of quantity. I'd wait until it's below £8 or so before even contemplating it if I'm honest.

Thanks for the post anyway.

Boo to naysayers. I agree that those being negative about this series have just grown up too quick.

Agreed that they've not had another season 1 episode 2 yet (This all started because he touched us! He touched us here... here... and here... the bumhole...) But they're about as good as the majority of them.

Stop being bumders and grow down a bit.

Everything he says is a lie! Found that out from series one.

+1 to this

They felt very laboured, plus in the episode with the tall girl, there were far too many generic co_ck and mu_ff references. On the whole though, still one of the best things on TV so it's only comparing badly to itself.

I only discovered this series 2 weeks ago (the fashion show) and nearly wet myself laughing, so if as you all seem to be saying the first two series were even better, this sounds like a great deal

Voting cold doesn't help anyone really, as this site is for the cheapest available deal, and this is the cheapest so far.

It is not for voting on whether you personally think it's overpriced unless you can find it cheaper elsewhere.

Fashion show was well funny as good as any, but 2 and 3 were more a case of some very funny moments in what were comparitively not as funny episodes. Jay I think is the only character that's getting top lines pretty much all the way through. The motorbike scene was hysterical, and his bull has me in stitches.

Just because something is the cheapest deal doesn't mean it's a "hot deal". I very rarely vote cold to be honest, but in this instance, it just isn't a hot deal. Just under £12 for a 6 episode DVD, with those episodes being 20 minutes each. It just isn't good value for money. It's like saying the movie Kick Ass would be a 'hot deal' if HMV reduced their price from £15-16 to £13, just because it's "cheaper" doesn't mean it's hot, it's still too much for what it essentially is.

I'm glad somebody else finally understands the whole concept that buying a dog **** is still not a good deal, just because it's the cheapest dog **** available.
