Indian Food Made Easy - In her popular BBC2 series, Anjum Anand travels the UK creating delicious Indian food that is light, healthy and bursting with flavour. She is passionate about using fresh, local and seasonal produce with all the ingredients readily available in supermarkets. Tips and techniques as well as secrets from some of the country's top Indian chefs make this a superb Indian cookbook for all abilities. Bear in mind this is nothing like the curries you get down your local Indian, it's very much a modern take on things. Which is not to say it isn't a great book, because it is, just know what you're getting.

It has been this price since January (or possibly before) - we bought it then.

Most books on thebookpeople are a good deal.

If you are buying this, why not also try "Rice, spice and all things nice". It's a great book, and a bargain at £3.
