Because steam charge money for developers to use their service so some people who offered their games up for this bundle probably don't want to meddle with Steam & make as much money as they can from it. (Which won't be much considering the charity and whatnot)

i just paid with a paypal balance, no they take the right money - paid 6 dollars which was £3.96 - i changed my mind about buying i just gave the full money to developers and charities - the idie tip as with humble was changed to zero - nothing against them but the developers and charities need it more.

Most PC games you can play with a pad now. Mouse and keyboard are often more useful than a touch-screen anyway.
That said with the exception of space empires which you could probably get on sale from Steam for cheaper (I did) it's another drab set of games, especially with a list as long as your arm of sub fiver PC/PS3/xbox games.
