I used to have one of these (threw it out last Autumn) I think I paid about 15 quid for it, 4 or 5 years ago, but had left it out in the rain, and it was a bit rusted past it's best!

It works... it's portable, nothing exciting as it's not very controllable, and you need to use it with the lid propped up at times, as putting it on totally sometimes even extinguishes the flame, and using it open isn't always ideal for larger items!

It was handy for putting in the caravan as it is portable, but note, it was well short on Lava rock, so a bag of that from wherever you see it is handy; it will need regulator and hose too to connect with your gas bottle....

Now THIS is the problem:

I am under the impression it isn't actually legal to use short lengths of gas hose and fit with jubilee clips now, so even back then I found it hard to get hold of in shops! Apparently they need purpose made hose assemblies with screw connections - but regulators and hoses are still readily available if you look around... but seeing as better quality BBQs come with the hose and regulator attached, I am not certain of the actual legal status of this now, as I am very out of date with the fine points of LPG safety, so BEWARE!

It will be at least a tenner to get a regulator ad hose, so that's 30 quid... if you want one for home, you see 2 burner larger BBQs for little more than that every year, so this is only going to be for those wanting/needing the portability.
