These are excellent DVDs.

SVP replaced these with 16x but they only burn at 4x for me whereas these burn at 8x.

I have to admit I find these discs poor. They burn fine but there are problems playing them back on diverse DVD players/PCs and, oddly, on the machine on which they were created!

wow, ive used hundreds for films and xbox games and never had any problems, even the way the tin pot lids abuse them and they still play fine..

I have to agree with Tenex. I will never buy Infiniti discs again because I found them so poor. I have three different burners and the discs I bought wouldn't burn in any of the drives. I hope they work for everyone who has bought them though. :|

Thanks to the OP. Been looking for some 8x discs as my PC drive won't accept any higher speed than this. Voted Hot.

Like most others, I bought 2 packs.

Also bought cartridges for my Dell printer as they are offering 25%
discount on compatibles. Colour £13.29 less 3.32 = best price for me.

Choices had the same offer last time and I went for it ;)

The discs media ID back then were MCC 02RG2 (Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation) which my DVD Writer (LiteOn LH-201AP) was able to write at with excellent quality @ 16x.

Well worth it so I am getting some more :D
#35
Ive found these to be good for data but my Panasonic DMR-E50 doesnt like them at all. It actually causes it to lock up and loop power on/off. Just thought id mention it to anyone with a Panny DVD recorder.
#36
Great find Thanks. I was just running out.

Looks like they're all gone now

Just had an email from Choices which states that the discs are on back- order and that stock is due 09/09/09. :? Not long to wait then:)
#39
Yeah, just had the same backorder email. What is it with companies who cant get their stock online system to work. GRRR! :)

I've had the same e-mail saying stock due on 9/9/09.

As usual it seemed too good to be true and it was.

Will we still be using DVDs then? and how many people's money will they have had earning interest in their account for nearly 18 months???
