Last time I posted these I believe they were £15.99. Good discs as I've used a few.

Blu-ray Disc is the next-generation optical disc format that was developed to enable recording and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data. A single-layer Blu-ray Disc can hold 25GB, which can be used to record over 2 hours of HDTV. Blu-ray uses a blue-violet laser to read and write data while current optical disc technologies such as DVD use a red laser. The shorter wavelengths of the Blu-ray technology make it possible to record more data on the same space. These discs are safeguarded by Verbatims super hard coat which protects against everyday wear and tear. With the rapid growth of HDTV, Blu-ray will meet the consumer demand for recording HD programming and is expected to replace VCRs and DVD recorders over the coming years.

Wow! BD-Rs are coming down in price, not much more than dual-layer DVDs now. Last time I looked they were approx £5 ea, £1.30 ea is a good price. Perhaps blu-ray recorders will now take off?

Thanks for the heads up Pete:thumbsup:

just over £1 per disk, is not bad, i can remember when 1 disk was £12, good to see these droping in price.

However i ony buy Verbatim, never use any other brands well maybe (Taiyo Yuden) if i can get them.

Its always a good idea to buy qulity disks, works out cheaper in the long run

infiniti were my first choice of dvd-r's back when dvd writers were taking off. I can vouch for them being a good disc for dvd-rs. Never burnt a blu ray so wouldnt know for these.

You can get TDK BD-R RE 50GB Code: TDKBLD Wfa000 for £7.60 off eBay from a chappie in Japan called "obouchama". They are genuine but bulk-split, not individual shrinked-wrapped and they work AOK on LG H20L [YL05 FW].

He's actually in France but he's got a contact who despatches it from Japan.
Saves you a bundle. Bought from him 2x before and he's very responsible minded.

Taiwanese BD-R 25GB have been hovering at £1.xx for quite sometime. Depending on Infiniti's BD-R OEM, which could be from batch to batch, it could be Taiwanese or Japanese, wherever they are manufactured. Should they be Verbs, then it's well worth the money.
